Rick Kuhlmann
Title: President, Sales
President of Kuhlmann Supply Company, Rick has been in the HVAC industry for almost 4 decades. Rick is responsible for operating the business as well as taking on the role of Engineering Liason. Rick's goal is to continue to grow the company and to serve our customers by being the best to do business with.

Missouri Sales
Andrew has been with Kuhlmann Supply since 2012 and in the industry since 2010! Andrew is a Sales Rep in the St. Louis area. He loves to work directly with several of the best mechanical contractors in St. Louis and works to promote industry leading HVAC manufacturers to customers within the region.
Greg Bierling
Missouri Sales
Greg has been in the HVAC indsutry since 2012, and with Kuhlmann Supply since 2017. Greg is a Sales Rep in the St. Louis area. He loves getting involved in communities outside of Kuhlmann Supply, but is also an integral part to our success within the industry. Greg says the best part about his job is the satisfaction of providing customers with real solutions to their real problems!
Cheryl Dryer
Estimating & MO Sales
Cheryl has been with Kuhlmann Supply since 2021. However, she is extremely experienced and has been in the industry since 1985! She is currently a major part of our estimating team, with numerous connections to the HVAC community. Cheryl is passionate about providing her customers with HVAC solutions that fit their needs.
Guy Behlmann
Warehouse Manager
Guy is Kuhlmann Supply's one and only Warehouse Manager. Guy has been with Kuhlmann Supply since it's beginning. He believes that efficiently organizing and preparing our stocked products makes a difference; especially when customers see our warehouse!
Byron Beiermann
Illinois Sales
Byron has been with Kuhlmann Supply since 2014! Before Kuhlmann Supply, Byron worked in the automotive industry. Byron is in Sales at Kuhlmann Supply, and loves to use both his automotive and HVAC knowledge to take on challenging projects!
Lucas Deimeke
Illinois Sales
Lucas has been with Kuhlmann Supply since 2019. He began his journey with estimating and inside sales; however, he is now the Illinois territorial sales rep. as of fall 2020. Lucas enjoys meeting new clients, establishing relationships with them, and learning more about the HVAC industry.
Mike Knaebel
Mid-MO Sales
Mike is another team member with long term experience in the HVAC indsutry. He has been with Kuhlmann Supply since 2008, and in the industry for over 40 years! Mike is Kuhlmann's Mid-MO Sales Rep. However, he also has experience in design builds and project management that solidifies his customer's trust in his work!
Patty Konersman
Estimating
Patty is Kuhlmann Supply's Mid-MO estimator. She has been with Kuhlmann Supply since 2016, and in the industry for over 25 years! Alongside Mike Knaebel, Patty assists in ensuring that our customers receive accurate information and quotes related to their project! Patty loves making new connections everyday... "It is the best part of the job," she says!

Office Manager
Theresa has been with Kuhlmann Supply from it's beginning. She has numerous years of experience under her belt. Theresa has a phrase she lives by: "Be kind" She embodies this phrases by creating a workplace environment where every employee can feel welcomed and not afraid to fail.

Office Assistant
Katie has been with Kuhlmann Supply Company since 2016 in the role of Office Assistant. As our office assistant, she is often our first point of contact with our customers. Katie enjoys continuously serving the Kuhlmann Supply community and creating connections with the various people and companies she meets!

Sarah entered the HVAC industry in 2021 and joined the Kuhlmann Supply team in 2024. As the Engineering Liaison for the St Louis area, Sarah is looking forward to making connections across the region. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, she is happy to help with design revisions and aid in product selection. Outside of Kuhlmann Supply Sarah enjoys spending time with her newborn son and cooking for friends and family.
